Merchandising Planner Intern (H/F)

Your Mission

Within the commercial teams (Retail & Wholesale), the Merchandising Planner will assist the Commercial Direction and the Merchandising & Planning Manager in the reporting activity & merchandising improvements.
The position is very central between many stakeholders including Marketing, IT, Sales and Retail teams.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Deploy the product assortment within markets (retail & Wholesale),
• Update the product assortment based on local specificities,
• Train the users of the internal ordering tool,
• Work on continuous Improvement project on internal ordering tool with IT teams,
• Analyse and validate the orders for Swiss and Iberian markets,
• Prepare Ad hoc analysis,
• Work on product selection,
• Prepare monthly and trimestral reportings, analysis and presentations,
• Manage other additional projects (Farfetch, database cleaning, etc.)

Your background and competencies/skills

• Business fluent in French and English,
• University degree / Business School / Engineering school or equivalent education,
• A first experience in Business Analysis, Controlling or Merchandising is preferred,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and proficiency in Reporting tools,
• Internship agreement mandatory – minimum 6 months
• Results-driven attitude and strong analytical skills
• Communication skills.
