Unser spezialisiertes EY-Parthenon (EY-P) Team im Bereich Financial Services unterstützt unsere Kunden aus der Finanzbranche in komplexen, transaktionsbezogenen Corporate Finance Themen, insbesondere mit Bewertungen, Finanzmodellierung und Datenanalysen. Fördere deine Karriere in einer vielseitigen und interessanten Umgebung und hilf unseren Kunden, sich in den Bereichen Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Unternehmensbewertung und Strategieanalyse zurechtzufinden. Um unser Team weiter zu stärken, suchen wir dich als Praktikant/-in (100% für 6 Monate).

 

Deine Hauptaufgaben

• Vom ersten Tag an arbeitest du in einem vielfältigen Team mit erfahrenen Kollegen/-innen zusammen. Das Coaching durch dein Team hilft dir, dein technisches Know-how und deine Soft Skills weiterzuentwickeln;
• Du arbeitest primär bei der Erstellung von finanziellen Analysen (Financial Due Diligence) über die Zielgesellschaften mit, um Kunden wichtige Erkenntnisse für strategische Investitionsentscheidungen zu liefern;
• Du unterstützt bei unterschiedlichen Projekten aus den Bereichen Mergers & Acquisitions, Unternehmensbewertung und strategischer Unternehmensentwicklung;
• Du unterstützt bei Marketingpräsentationen, Recherchen und Marktanalysen;
• Du hast die einzigartige Chance, tiefe Einblicke in die Geschäfte von nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen aus verschiedensten Industrien zu erhalten und erweiterst stetig deine Kenntnisse durch abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, fachübergreifende Einsätze und diverse Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.

 

Was wir suchen

• Du hast ein Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem STEM-Feld (Naturwissenschaften, Technologie, Ingenieurswesen und Mathematik) abgeschlossen oder stehst kurz davor (vorzugsweise mit Vertiefung oder Nebenfach in Corporate Finance, Accounting und/oder Strategie);
• Du bringst grosses Interesse an Unternehmenstransaktionen, an strategischen Fragestellungen, sowie am Finanzdienstleistungssektor mit und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in diesen Bereichen gesammelt;
• Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer klaren Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikationsfreude;
• Fortgeschrittene Excel Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung und Visualisierung von grossen Datenmengen (z.B. mit Python oder PowerBI) sind von Vorteil;
• Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder anderen europäischen Sprachen von Vorteil;
• Aufgeschlossene, humorvolle und dynamische Persönlichkeit und einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.

• The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour.  Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data. 
• If you join EY full time after your internship, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  In addition, our Total Rewards package for full time hires includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
